The Korean version of this policy is the official version. Translations are provided to help users understand the policy. If there is any difference between a translation and the Korean version, the Korean version will prevail unless applicable law provides otherwise.
[Terms of Service] Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Focus On Travel (the “Company”) and members or users in connection with the use of the SimQoo web service, the ShoKaa mobile app and related services (collectively, the “Service”). They also cover service conditions, user content, payments, sponsorships, settlement, reports, restrictions and other matters necessary for operation of the Service. Article 2 (Definitions) 1. “Service” means all online services provided by the Company, including the SimQoo web service, the ShoKaa mobile app, administrator and operation tools, boards, comments, chat, notifications, payments, sponsorships, settlement, search, comparison, sales, operation and advertising. 2. “SimQoo Web” means the web-browser based service focused on community, administration, sales and operation, search inflow, budget mobile plan and eSIM comparison, boards, sponsorships, settlement and customer support. 3. “ShoKaa App” means the mobile-oriented service including ShoKaa feeds, image and video upload, stories, BGM, notifications, chat, following, activity records, sponsorships, Shocoins, premium features and downloads. 4. “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms, enters into a service agreement with the Company, receives an account and uses the Service. 5. “Non-member” means a person who uses part of the Service permitted by the Company without registering as a member. 6. “Account” means information necessary to identify a member and use the Service, such as email address, social login information, password, nickname and member identifier. 7. “User Content” means posts, comments, images, videos, audio, BGM, links, profiles, nicknames, chat messages, reports and other materials uploaded or transmitted by users. 8. “Shocoin” means a service unit used within the Service for charging, sponsorships, paid features, downloads, premium benefits and settlement. 9. “Point” means a reward or activity unit separately granted by the Company and may differ from Shocoin in use, transferability and settlement eligibility. 10. “Creator” means a member who uploads content to the ShoKaa App or the SimQoo Web and may participate in sponsorship, paid content, subscription, download or settlement features according to the Company’s policies. 11. “Settlement” means the procedure by which the Company calculates and pays eligible amounts arising from Shocoin sponsorships, paid subscriptions, downloads or other monetized activities after deducting fees, payment charges, taxes and other legally required amounts. Article 3 (Application and Amendment of the Terms) 1. These Terms apply to all members and users who use the Service. 2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in laws, government guidance, app market policies, payment policies, security requirements, service functions or operation policies. 3. When the Company amends the Terms, it will announce the effective date, amended details and reason for amendment through a notice, linked page or other appropriate method. 4. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced at least 30 days before the effective date where possible. Other changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date. 5. If a member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the member will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise. Article 4 (Service Agreement and Account Management) 1. A service agreement is formed when a person applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and the Company approves the application. 2. The Company may refuse, suspend or later terminate membership if the application contains false information, is made through another person’s identity, violates laws or these Terms, or is inappropriate for service operation. 3. Members must provide accurate information and update it promptly if it changes. 4. Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords and must not transfer, lend, share or sell their accounts. 5. Damage caused by a member’s poor account management or unauthorized use by a third party is the member’s responsibility, unless attributable to the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. 6. The Company may take steps such as additional verification, login restrictions or temporary suspension if account theft, abnormal login, payment abuse or other security risks are suspected. Article 5 (Use of Web and App Services) 1. The Company may provide different functions, screens, authentication methods, notifications, uploads, payments and settlement flows depending on whether the user uses the SimQoo Web or the ShoKaa App. 2. SimQoo Web focuses on community, boards, administration, sales and operation, search inflow, mobile plan and eSIM comparison, sponsorship and settlement operation. 3. ShoKaa App focuses on mobile feeds, upload, stories, BGM, push notifications, chat, following, activity records, sponsorships, downloads and creator activities. 4. The Company may link member information, content, payments, sponsorships, settlement, reports and restrictions between the Web and App to the extent necessary to provide the Service. 5. The Company applies security measures such as login verification, access control, encrypted transmission and prevention of abnormal use according to the characteristics of the Web and App. Article 6 (User Content and Rights) 1. Members retain the copyrights and other rights to content they create and upload. 2. By uploading content, a member grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt thumbnails, transcode, expose, promote and process the content to the extent necessary to operate, provide, improve, advertise and protect the Service. 3. Members must ensure that uploaded content does not infringe the rights of others, including copyrights, portrait rights, publicity rights, trademarks, privacy and reputation. 4. The Company may delete, hide, restrict exposure, exclude from search, suspend monetization or take other measures if content violates laws, these Terms, operation policies or app market policies. 5. The Company does not guarantee permanent storage of user content and users should keep backups of important content where necessary. Article 7 (Prohibited Content and Conduct) Users must not engage in any of the following conduct: 1. Uploading or distributing child or youth sexual abuse material, illegal filming, non-consensual sexual content, obscene material or sexually exploitative content. 2. Uploading content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, drugs, gambling, fraud, crime or other harmful conduct. 3. Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, hate speech, defamation, insult or discriminatory expressions. 4. Unauthorized disclosure, collection or distribution of another person’s personal information, account information, location information, images, identification documents or sensitive information. 5. Infringing copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, publicity rights or other rights of third parties. 6. Impersonation, false information, spam, automated access, traffic abuse, manipulation of views, likes, rankings, recommendations, sponsorships or settlement. 7. Circumventing service restrictions, security measures, payment procedures, settlement procedures or app market policies. 8. Inducing external payment, cash conversion, account trading, sponsorship fraud or transactions outside the methods permitted by the Company. 9. Any act that disrupts service systems, storage, networks, payment and settlement processing, administrator functions or normal operation, or causes excessive traffic or cost. 10. Any act that violates laws, these Terms, operation policies, Google Play policies or other platform policies. Article 8 (Reports, Blocking and Moderation) 1. The Company may provide reporting, blocking and restriction functions for user content, comments, chat, profiles and accounts. 2. The Company may review reported content and take measures such as deletion, hiding, exposure restriction, account restriction, monetization suspension, settlement hold and legal reporting. 3. In urgent or clearly illegal cases, including child or youth sexual abuse material, illegal filming, imminent harm, criminal information or serious privacy infringement, the Company may take action without prior notice. 4. The Company may provide an objection or appeal process within a reasonable scope. Article 9 (Payments, Shocoins, Paid Functions and Refunds) 1. Paid features of the Service may include Shocoin charging, sponsorships, premium features, paid subscriptions, downloads, certificates or other digital goods. 2. Digital goods or services purchased in the ShoKaa App may be processed through app market payment methods, and cancellation or refund may follow app market policies and the Company’s refund policy. 3. Web payments may be processed through payment agencies designated by the Company. 4. The Company does not directly store full card numbers, CVC values or payment password information. 5. Shocoins or paid benefits may be restricted, recovered or canceled if obtained or used through abnormal payment, chargeback, fraud, abuse, policy violation or system error. 6. Refunds may be limited after a digital item, sponsorship, subscription, download, premium benefit or other paid service has been used or provided, unless required otherwise by applicable law. Article 10 (Sponsorships, Creator Monetization and Settlement) 1. The Company may provide sponsorship, paid subscription, download, creator reward and settlement functions. 2. Eligibility for monetization and settlement, minimum settlement amount, settlement cycle, fees, taxes, payment methods and required documents are determined by the Company’s operation policies. 3. The Company may deduct platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, withholding, transfer fees, chargebacks, refunds and other necessary amounts from settlement payments. 4. Settlement may be withheld, reduced, canceled or recovered if content or activity violates laws, these Terms, operation policies, app market policies, payment policies or third-party rights. 5. Creators must provide accurate settlement, account and tax information and are responsible for disadvantages caused by false or incomplete information. 6. Settlement for minors may be restricted or require consent and verification of a legal representative, depending on laws and Company policies. Article 11 (Advertising and Promotions) 1. The Company may display advertisements within the Service. 2. The Company may provide rewards or benefits for viewing ads, participating in events or completing missions according to operation policies. 3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or legality of external advertisements or linked services, except where required by law. 4. Users must not manipulate ad impressions, clicks, rewards or statistics by abnormal means. Article 12 (Privacy and Data Processing) 1. The Company processes personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 2. Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent and account deletion according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. 3. Information necessary for dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance and security may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational necessity. Article 13 (Youth Protection) 1. The Company establishes and operates a Youth Protection Policy to protect minors from harmful information and environments. 2. The Service is not operated as a service directly targeting children, and membership by children under the age of 14 is restricted in principle. 3. Paid payment, Shocoin use, sponsorship, paid subscription, download, creator monetization and settlement by minors may be restricted according to laws, app market policies and Company policies. Article 14 (Suspension, Restriction and Termination) 1. The Company may restrict use of the Service if a user violates laws, these Terms, operation policies, payment policies, app market policies or the rights of third parties. 2. Measures may include warning, deletion, hiding, exposure restriction, upload restriction, comment or chat restriction, account suspension, permanent ban, monetization suspension, settlement hold, benefit recovery and termination of the service agreement. 3. The Company may apply immediate restrictions without prior notice where necessary to protect users, prevent illegal acts, prevent payment abuse or maintain service safety. Article 15 (Service Changes, Suspension and Termination) 1. The Company may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service due to operational, technical, legal, security, payment, app market, business or emergency reasons. 2. The Company will give prior notice where possible. However, urgent security, legal, technical or operational issues may be handled without prior notice. 3. The Company is not liable for service disruption caused by reasons not attributable to the Company, including natural disasters, network failures, failures of external service providers, app market problems or user fault, except where required by law. Article 16 (Disclaimer) 1. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user’s particular purpose. 2. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. 3. The Company is not responsible for loss caused by information entered incorrectly by the user, violation of these Terms, or failure to manage an account securely. Article 17 (User Liability and Indemnification) 1. Users represent that content they post does not violate laws or third-party rights. 2. If the Company suffers loss or receives claims or sanctions from a third party due to a user’s violation of these Terms, illegal conduct, rights infringement, false information, fraudulent payment or fraudulent settlement, the user must compensate the Company for the loss and reasonable costs. 3. If the Company becomes aware of a violation, it may restrict use, terminate the account, suspend monetization, hold settlement and take legal action. Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) 1. The Company will endeavor to promptly handle legitimate opinions or complaints submitted by users. 2. Disputes between the Company and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 3. If a lawsuit is filed, the competent court will be determined under the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. Addendum 1. These Terms take effect on June 21, 2026. 2. Previous terms are replaced by these Terms.
