[Child Safety and CSAE Policy] [Public Child Safety Standards - CSAE/CSAM] ShoKaa and its developer, Focus On Travel, explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The creation, upload, storage, sharing, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is not permitted. Prohibited conduct includes child grooming, sexualization of minors, requests for or exchanges of sexual images involving children, sextortion or sexual exploitation, child sex trafficking, and CSAM using photographs, videos, synthetic media, or computer-generated images. Users can submit concerns without leaving the ShoKaa app through the report function for posts, comments, stories, or accounts. When the Company becomes actually aware of CSAE or CSAM, it removes or blocks the content, restricts, suspends, or terminates the associated account, and takes appropriate action, including reporting to competent law enforcement or child protection authorities as required by applicable law. Child safety contact: [email protected] Focus On Travel (the “Company”) establishes and implements this Youth Protection Policy so that young users can be protected from harmful information and environments in the SimQoo web service, the ShoKaa mobile app and related services (collectively, the “Service”), in accordance with Korean laws such as the Youth Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act and Google Play developer policies. This Policy applies to SimQoo Web community, boards, comments, chat, web sponsorship, sales and operation areas, and to ShoKaa App image and video feeds, stories, uploads, BGM, comments, chat, following, notifications, sponsorships, Shocoins, paid subscriptions, downloads and creator activities. Article 1 (Goals and Basic Principles) 1. The Company endeavors to protect minors from illegal or harmful content, sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, self-harm or suicide encouragement, gambling, drugs, crime promotion, privacy infringement, fraud and inducement of external payments. 2. The Company respects the dignity and rights of minors and operates reporting, blocking, moderation and restriction procedures so that minors can use community and content services safely. 3. The Company may take measures such as age confirmation, access restriction, exposure restriction, deletion, hiding or account restriction for services or content inappropriate for minors. 4. Because the ShoKaa App includes user-generated images, videos and chat functions, the Company does not operate the Service as a service directly targeting children, and membership by children under the age of 14 is restricted in principle. If processing of personal information of a child under 14 is required, consent of a legal representative may be necessary. Article 2 (Scope of Harmful Information) The Company prohibits the following information in user-generated content such as posts, comments, profiles, images, videos, audio, BGM, links, chat messages, nicknames and reports: child or youth sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, illegal filming, non-consensual sexual content, obscene material, adult service promotion, extreme violence, bullying, threats, stalking, defamation, self-harm or suicide encouragement, eating disorder promotion, drugs, gambling, illegal finance, fraud, hacking, dangerous goods, hate or discriminatory expressions, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, infringement of copyrights or portrait rights, external payment inducement, sponsorship fraud, account trading, cash conversion and any other information considered harmful under Korean law, review standards, Google Play policies, these Terms or operation policies. Article 3 (Access Restrictions and Management Measures) 1. The Company discloses prohibited content and restriction standards through the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Youth Protection Policy and operation policies. 2. The Company provides reporting, blocking and restriction functions for content, comments and chat where applicable. 3. The Company may manage harmful information through administrator monitoring, report review, automated detection, keyword or pattern checks and content safety review. 4. Content inappropriate for minors may be deleted, hidden, restricted, age-restricted, subject to account restriction, monetization suspension or settlement hold. 5. Child or youth sexual abuse material, illegal filming, sexual crimes, imminent danger to life or body or clear criminal information may be immediately removed or blocked without prior notice and reported to relevant authorities. 6. Repeat violators may be subject to warning, upload restriction, comment or chat restriction, temporary or permanent account suspension, monetization suspension, settlement hold or termination of the service agreement. 7. The Company may provide an appeal procedure within a reasonable scope. Article 4 (ShoKaa App-Specific Measures) 1. The ShoKaa App includes image and video feeds, stories, comments, chat, following, notifications, sponsorships, Shocoins, downloads and creator monetization. 2. The Company may operate reporting, blocking, moderation, use restrictions and account sanctions to prevent minors from being exposed to illegal or harmful images or videos, sexual approaches, harassment, fraud, external payment inducement or inappropriate sponsorship requests. 3. A minor’s sponsorship, paid subscription, Shocoin use, download, creator monetization and settlement may be restricted according to laws, app market policies and Company policies. 4. Creator monetization and settlement are operated primarily for adult members. If monetization by a minor is permitted, the Company may require consent of a legal representative, identity confirmation and verification of tax and settlement information. 5. The Company may apply restrictions based on chat frequency, repeated messages, links, accumulated reports, blocking history or suspected sexual approach. 6. The Company strictly prohibits illegal filming, child or youth sexual abuse material, non-consensual filming and inappropriate expressions involving minors. Article 5 (SimQoo Web-Specific Measures) The SimQoo Web includes community, boards, comments, chat, mobile plan and eSIM comparison, web sponsorship, sales, operation and administrator functions. The Company operates reporting, blocking and administrator review measures to prevent the distribution of harmful media, illegal advertising, gambling, drugs, adult service promotion, privacy exposure, hate and harassment. Considering search exposure and public posts, the Company may delete, hide, exclude from search or restrict exposure of content inappropriate for minors. Article 6 (Advertising, Payment and Sponsorship Protection) 1. The Company reasonably manages the Service so that inappropriate advertisements, adult ads, gambling, illegal service ads or youth-harmful media are not exposed to minors. 2. When advertising SDKs or affiliate ads are used, the Company endeavors to comply with platform policies and applicable laws for youth protection. 3. Paid payments, Shocoin purchases or use, sponsorships and paid subscriptions by minors may be canceled, refunded or restricted according to legal representative consent, app market refund policies, e-commerce laws and Company policies. 4. The Company prohibits excessive payment inducement, cash conversion inducement, external payment inducement and fraudulent sponsorship requests targeting minors. Article 7 (Education and Operation) The Company endeavors to provide necessary education to personnel responsible for youth protection regarding youth protection laws, privacy, illegal filming, child and youth sexual abuse material response, report handling, restriction standards and Google Play user-generated content policies. The Company periodically reviews and improves report and sanction standards, administrator operation standards, safety measures and content moderation criteria. Article 8 (Consultation and Complaint Handling) Minors, guardians and users may report or request consultation regarding harmful information, harassment, privacy exposure, sexual approach, illegal filming, child or youth sexual abuse material, fraud or external payment inducement. The Company will review reports and complaints sincerely and may take deletion, hiding, blocking, restriction or reporting measures where necessary. - Email: [email protected] - Inquiry/report board: https://simqoo.com/board/Report In urgent cases involving danger, crime or harm to life or body, users should immediately seek help from relevant authorities such as 112, 117 or 1388. Article 9 (External Organizations) Minors and guardians may seek consultation or report through external organizations such as Youth Counseling 1388, Korea Communications Standards Commission, Korean National Police Agency Cybercrime Reporting System, School Violence Report 117 and the Personal Information Infringement Report Center 118. Article 11 (Changes to this Policy) The Company may amend this Policy according to changes in laws, government guidance, Google Play policies, service functions or operation policies. When amended, the Company will announce the changes and effective date through notices or linked pages. Changes that materially affect youth rights or protection levels will be announced in advance where possible. Addendum 1. This Youth Protection Policy applies from June 21, 2026. 2. Previous youth protection policies are replaced by this Policy.
